which will take place in St. Petersburg
on 20-22 April 2011.

- 8.Historiography of the Ancient East.
- 9.Historiography of Caucasus.
- 10.Historiography of Central Asia.
- 11.African Studies – “In memoriam of D.A.Olderogge”.
- 12.Language and Dialogue of Civilizations.
- 13.Literature of Asia and Africa in the Development of World Literature.
- 14.Section of Young Scholars in Asian and African Studies.
Working languages of the Conference: Russian and English.
Time for presentation of papers: 20 minutes including discussion.
Deadline for submission of abstracts: 31 January 2011. The abstracts should not exceed 1 page (300 words) and should be submitted to the Organizing Committee in electronic form (as MS Word 1997-2003 document) by e-mail:
