ESSEC Business School cordially invites you to the launch event of ESSEC IRENE ASIA (Asian branch of the Institute of Research and Education on Negotiation), at InterContinental Singapore on 8 March 2011 (5pm – 9pm).
ESSEC IRENE ASIA aims to become the premier platform which brings professionals and academics together to test new ideas, exchange best practices, and enhance mutual understanding on negotiation, mediation, and conflict management. To support and fulfill these aims, exciting events in the areas of academia and business will be launched soon.
Our Guest-of-Honor will be Prof. Tommy Koh, Ambassador-at-Large for the Republic of Singapore. Prof. Koh will give the keynote speech on “Eight Lessons on Negotiations” and share his insights and experiences with us. Then, Prof.
Aurelien Colson, Director of ESSEC IRENE, will moderate the Q&A session.
A panel discussion on “Business Negotiation and Conflict Management in the Age of Globalization” will follow, moderated by Prof. Christian Koenig,
Director of ESSEC Asian Center. The speakers for the discussion include:

A cocktail session, starting at 7:45 pm, will round off the day and provide opportunities for further discussion in an inspiring atmosphere.
