For those new to the Hub, their events are typically held on Fridays (unless stated otherwise), from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM (Vietnam time). Each session consists of a 30-minute presentation, followed by a dynamic Q&A session.
Participation & Access
- Online Attendance: The Zoom link for each event will be shared via email and on our Facebook Group at least one day in advance.
- In-Person Attendance: Some presentations will take place at the EFEO (113 Hai Bà Trưng, D1, Ho Chi Minh City). Further details will be provided ahead of each event.
- If you would like to invite non-members to our talks, please ensure they complete the online registration form, which will be shared via email and posted on our public Facebook/X (Twitter) pages one week before each event. Once registered, they will receive the Zoom link the day before the talk.
