The Palacky University Olomouc (Czech Republic) will organize a summer school on remote ethnography from July 31-August 4, 2023 (preceded by an online preparation workshop on July 14).
This 5 day-school will mostly take examples from Central Asia and China but is also opened to any student or researcher interested in developing methodological tools of remote methodologies for other parts of the world.
The summer school is free of charge and the accommodation at the Palacký University Olomouc dormitories is free for all participants. Limited funding is also available to support the transportation cost for selected summer school participants.
